13 12 2013

Mugler has appointed David Koma as artistic director of its women's ready-to-wear collections.

The London-based designer has been developing his eponymous label since 2009 and has established himself as one of the most promising designers of his generation, designing the costumes for Beyoncé's Mrs Carter world tour. He commented 'I am deeply honored to take up the role of artistic director at Mugler - a house of which I have the utmost admiration and respect'. Koma's first collection for Mugler will be presented during the Resort collections in June 2014.
